White Christmas

Uh, I got the white Christmas I was dreaming of... And then some!

 

 

Those pictures were all taken at 7am yesterday morning.... all day it snowed off and on and this morning? Yup, STILL snowing! This is just crazy! Here in Kansas City we're lucky if we get two inches at a time and that only happens a couple of times a year. Right now I would say we've got about 8 inches on our lawn! I can not wait to take the boys and their cousins out in the snow later. We won't last long out there though - considering KC doesn't usually get much I haven't bothered to buy the boys boots or snow pants!

Aunt Laura finally made it over around 11am - she was snowed in at her apartment, had to wait for a plow and then still got stuck trying to get here!

Lots of fun was had! On the docket today? Playing in the snow and letting the kids decorate gingerbread men! Oh, and I still have pictures of our time swimming in the pool to share too!
