Mmmm.... Cookies!

This week's Multiples and More Question of the Week is about my favorite subject.... COOKIES!

Did you know October is national cookie month? I didn't! You would think with my love for everything baked I would know that tasty little fact. So the question at Multiples and More is "What is your favorite cookie recipe?".

Here's my problem: I love pretty much any kind of cookie. Being asked to pick a favorite is just coo-coo! I mean, one week my "favorite" might be chocolate chip, the next it could be oatmeal raisin and the next it could be the beloved Snickerdoodle. What's a girl to do?

The plan? Share with you links to two AMAZING cookie recipes! I'll warn you though - both are addictive and could cause you to gain 5 pounds in a week because you won't be able to resist scarfing down 4 a day. Don't say I didn't warn you!

First up - Monster Cookies! My friend Krista turned me on to them and I thank her and curse her at the same time for that. You'll see by the list of ingredients these are anything but healthy. But then again, does Paula Deen make anything remotely healthy? I doubt it. This recipe makes a ton of cookies and I usually leave the raisins out.

Second are these Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies. I stumbled across this recipe on and they are quite tasty!

Now what shall I bake today?

Monster cookies are great. I'm just wondering how you find time to bake with those 3 little cuties running around. My children are all grown and out of the house but we have 2 dogs that come running when they hear the mix master humming.
