Serious Spring Cuteness

The boys seem to be entering a phase where they actually enjoy having their picture taken. They even will giggle and say "cheese"! The other day I grabbed my camera to try to catch pictures of them blowing on dandelions and every time I tried to put my camera back they would all yell "more, more!" until I took the camera back outside and took more pictures of them. As a result, I snapped 104 pictures in about 30 minutes. Yikes! Don't worry, I'm not going to show them all to you - only some of the best :)

Speaking of pictures, I'm seriously considering buying a Digital SLR camera. Those of you that are hard core about your picture taking - what camera do you have and why do you love it? (I'm leaning towards the Canon Rebel.)

I must have a very serious problem... I'm looking at these pictures and planning out the scrapbook page in my head :)

They are great!

SERIOUS cuteness, for sure! Loved yesterday's post as well. :)

I have the Canon Rebel SLR and LOVE IT!!! Jennifer suggested it as a good "entry level" kind-of starter camera just to take some good pics of the boys - but not professional pics. :) The best part is without the flash there is NO delay... since my kids don't often just sit still and wait for me to take their picture (I'm sure you're do, though...).

Take care, see you Sunday!

Very cute pictures.

I have a Nikon D50, which they don't make anymore but the D40 is comparable. I had a Nikon film camera before we purchased our digi SLR, which is why we stayed with Nikon. The lenses from my film camera work on the D50 - which saved me some $.

Great Pictures. I love the last one, all of the boys are looking at the camera at the same time, which is very hard to catch. I have a Nikon D90 and I LOVE It. It also takes videos which mean I only need to carry one camera most of the time. Two of my family members have bought a D90 since using mine.

They get cuter every day! I hope Farty gets to the point of sitting still for pics soon!

Your boys have the cutest smiles! I have the Nikon D90, but if you don't want to spend that much, the D60 is good too. I just love Nikons, great cameras!

Those are great pictures! I love how you captured Jackson's elbow dimples. :-) Emma is the same way around the camera--she says, "CHEESE!" And then she wants to see the screen, and all I hear is, "see! see!"
I have a Nikon P90. It's not a SLR (wasn't sure I was ready for that) but I heart it. It's my baby.

I have a Canon Rebel xti and Love it! It takes great pictures and lots of them.. it has lots of automatic settings but then you can do it all manually to as you get more experience. And the best part with digital you can practice all you want.

Very cute blog!
