When the doctor told me I'd be having all boys two thoughts went through my head initially. Thought number 1 was "awww, no pink!" and thought number 2 was "oh dear... my brother was really accident prone as a kid".
Growing up, my brother rode in the ambulance once and went to the ER 4 or 5 times I think. My sister and I never even came close to those numbers - in fact the only time I went to the ER as a child was when my thumb was slammed in the sliding door of our van. Anyway, thoughts of high car insurance premiums, trips to the ER, lots of large bumps and stitches floated through my head during that ultrasound.
That's Tyler this morning. According to Nick, Tyler was running down the hallway with a book, tripped on something (likely his own feet) and fell head first into the door frame. Ouch! He cried for a bit but then was all smiles during breakfast.

sounds just like james. in fact, he just fell off a chair and climbed right back up.
Poor little guy. So far the issues I've had was because of me. Nothing like calling the Ped. because the baby rolled off the bed.... Thank goodness he 7 months old not 7 weeks old.
wow, he did a really good job on that one. I think boys are just very ruff. My son got his first black eye shortly after he turned one. It was on the top eye lid and just as it was healing and about to go away, he fell again and a nice bright blue bruise appeared right under the same eye. So for about two months he looked like he had been in a fight. I'm sure there will be more to come.
Ouch! That's what Connor did last week, fell right into the door frame in our closet! His bump wasn't as big as Tyler's, but he got a green bruise ;-P
Glad he is ok... I saw "it's a boy" and my body went cold. I thought you were announcing #4. :O

Wow! That's quite a goose egg! There's more where that came from, for sure.
Gotta love a boy that just sucks it up and keeps on going
my goodness that's one heck of a goose egg! Seems pretty proud of his battle scar ;)
Oh please! That's nothing. Connor can show him some battle scars :)
Hmmm. You forgot to mention the two times your brother managed to completely panic me by ceasing to breathe after a fall, or the perpetual scab on his forehead, or...
OUCH!!!! Nice goose egg! Poor guy. :(
XOXO,
Kara
Ouch! Poor Ty! He sure did a bangup job on that forhead! Not that I'm a trekkie or anything, but isn't there a character on Star Trek with a similar "profile"?
