Personal Trainer

I have my very own personal trainer. He pushes me, makes my workouts more challenging and uses his own body weight to help me build resistance. His name? Tyler.

I guess seeing Mommy laying on the floor is just too tempting for these little guys. I am a human jungle gym after all. The remaining 10 minutes of my workout that day were extra challenging. Imagine trying to do ab work while a 23 pound child crawls all over your belly. Yep. Good stuff.

So thank you trainer Tyler! My abs are stronger because of you. Well, actually to be fair they're in the state they are right now because of you and your brothers... it's only fair that you help me whip them back into shape!

That is a great way to work out! I am hoping to get my belly back to some semblance of normal, but I'm becoming more resigned to the fact that I'm 34 with 2 kids, and not 21 and child-free anymore.

That's funny because whenever my husband does push ups (I don't exercise) Brock climbs on his back for added resistance...either that or gets right under his face and giggles.

You found a pretty cute trainer. Maybe that's what I need to stay motivated a cute "trainer" versus 40lbs of hair pulling torture.

LOL! I laughed out loud at that last comment at the end. Hehe. Ayla loves crawling all over me when I lie on the ground as well. I wonder what it is about that position?

I love it! My 21 month old is the same way with his sister or dad. Being 36 weeks prg, I am not on the floor that much, but I am sure he'll "help me out," too. Your boys are adorable!!
