Then you put lots of margarine in there and Old Bay seasoning. Close up the bag and plop it on the grill. Cook for a while, then flip it and cook longer. They are so yummy!

Another yummy grill treat is zucchini :) Slice it long ways so you have long thin pieces and lay them directly on the grill. A really easy one is to marinate zucchini, cut in half length wise, and grill for about the same amount of time as the meat. You can also grill tomatoes (cut in half) the same way - but for less time) I haven't tried squash yet, but if you can roast them you should be able to grill them.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12847704823054017656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8242351632864486031.post-20431445019396435622010-05-21T16:29:29.163-05:002010-05-21T16:29:29.163-05:00Last night we grilled Ahi Tuna steaks. They are really tasty. They are also good on bread with provolone cheese on top, with some lettuce.Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02740600550526198566noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8242351632864486031.post-17785310858982238792010-05-21T13:37:28.652-05:002010-05-21T13:37:28.652-05:00We love to make kabobs. Also like veggie pockets....thinly sliced potatoes, onion, etc with a dat of butter and creole seasoning wrapped in foil and put on the grill. Foil pockets also work well with thinly sliced onion, bellpepper, shrimp with a little butter and seasoning. Also love grilled fish.(usually need a fish grill basket. sells for about $10)
Loads of possibilities. Congrats on the grill and have fun firing it up!Little Happysnoreply@blogger.com
